This was a repeat business with a past client who loved our work. They wanted launch a great opportunity for high net income earners to invest in the real estate market without a lot of delay and guaranteed returns in the near term. This project was fun because we had a lot of opportunity to develop a new custom look with a platform that is highly customizable yet secure. We developed this on the Squarespace platform with some customization to make their site not only look unique but to showcase their specialization.
While their focus is highly specialized, how we approached this was extremely careful to demystify what they do, how they do it and how to jump in without a lot of jargon. We worked to make their logo really catch the feel of their aesthetic and help them go get new clients and projects. We loved making the logo, and the way it communicates their mission to help mobilize new investors and make real estate investing user friendly and exciting. The work itself took some adjusting to help focus on both would be investors and those seeking funding for new projects.
